The Neigh-borhood Pet Nanny was born from my love and admiration of all the four-legged friends I've met along the way in my life. I have never had fewer than 2 pets in my life, usually in various combinations of dogs, cats and horses. With only a few exceptions, all were rescue cases either from a shelter or from horrible personal situations. At one time, I enjoyed the company of 13 of my own pets plus an additional 4 horses that were owned by others but lived with me on my horse farm. When I sold my farm, I brought the 5 aged lesson horses with me, giving them a life of retirement and relaxation that they so very much earned. After selling my horse farm, I realized how much I missed my daily interactions with and the satisfaction I found from caring for and loving all the animals in my life when I had the farm. The Neigh-borhood Pet Nanny gives me that opportunity again and I look forward to many memorable years with pets being once again a major focus in my life. 

As a mature and reliable animal lover, you can be sure I will care for and dote on your pets and horses as I do my own. Don’t be surprised if your four-legged family members love their visits from me so much that they don’t mind it anymore when you’re away! But don’t worry, no matter how good the nanny, no one can replace you in their lives or in their hearts. 

Gloria has shared every day of her life with at least one pet being a part of her family and at times, especially during her teenage years, they were her favorite family members! Gloria has been an avid and dedicated horse owner for the past 40 years and has been fortunate to have had her horses living at her home for the past 25 years. For 9 years, she ran Running Brook Stables where she offered boarding and lessons for other area horse lovers. She quickly gained a reputation as a kind, reliable and knowledgeable horse person who has an incredible appreciation and understanding of horses. Her horses, cats and dogs have always been her "kids" and, as she did on her farm, your animals will be treated with as much care and affection as she does with her own.
